Well i just found a weird thing i was not aware of...i don't know if it's the effect of a skill i purchased but...my wizard earn experience with a bonus of 250% ^^' I don't know where it came from but i just noticed when he levelled up and stated that he is 2 levels higher then the rest of the party...
