Now my minotaur have unlocked the skill chop. How does it work? How do i use them?

Now what? Steam says that the game is available at the store but the my game list still states it as not. It says Pre-Order next to the name. This must be a mistake since the game now can be purchased on steam and clearly says that its available now.
