I take that back, it still happens at 1920x1440 in windowed, but is still there in fullscreen until I go one more step down.

It appears to go away at 1920x1440 and below; it occurs at all higher resolutions for me.

I've got a strange UI issue where my new/quit game buttons won't work if I click them. The rest of the main menu buttons work, and they work if I highlight and click enter, but clicking New Game never works, and clicking Quit Game only works very intermittently. Pretty weird! Win7 x64, nVidia 590gtx...
