A good FPS limiter. Works with every game.
Download MSI afterburner BETA there is a framerate limit option on the on screen display screen. Go into setup and its in the general tab. You can pick whatever framerate limit you like, it works with every game, and for those who don't like using vsync its a good option.

These are some issues i am having and i haven't even left the first room in the game. Im using an AMD 7970 (latest 12.3 drivers) sandy bridge i7 2600k, 8gb ram and all the trimmings and can run dozens of games like skyrim and BF3 on huge maps with over 60fps (vsync) without a dip or a stutter.
