ok a cheesy way to do this. Stand by the door handle and lure the slime to it. Now attack with all 4 and close the door. Wait for your attack to be ready again, open the door, repeat. This is doable with my party, 1 fighter/1 thief / 2 wizards. Spells really help and I think Fire does slightly more ...
