I had the same problem also in Floor 5 also about 2/3 through. Only I had no bsod. I simply did the following: 1) turned off the game and shut down my PC. 2) restarted it 6 hours later. 3) No save files found. I tried system restore like the guy above but that didn't work. I had well over 30 saves. ...
