Seemed the only ONLY way to fix this was to get in to the developer console, give myself enough skill points to use the bow, and shoot an arrow. Stupid.

Hello, I have released the giant cube and am in the hall of the designers. At the point where you need two keys, one is down a hallway with 3 plates which shoot ice/fire/lightning. I have that one. The OTHER one however, is where you have to shoot an arrow, time it with a teleporter and hit a pressu...
