Steam is a DRM. And you're just lucky if you've never had problems with steam. So many times "steam servers are busy" or "game is unavaiable" Also if you want to install steam games to a computer with no internet connection, not gonna happen.

Well, boxed copies is the only true way to buy games. And game makers could sell boxed copies directly without publisher. Also I hate steam because you don't really own your games, you just rent them. But I guess I'll have to settle with the direct download option. Thanks!

Any change for boxed copy that doesnt require steam?
