Well I managed to get them to scale down but now I have a new problem. The ranged spiders work when scaled down but the melee ones when scaled down cant hit the players. It keeps attacking but never gets a hit. Unscaled they hit the player but scaled down they keep missing. Any ideas?

really? I looked through the GMT and didn't see it. And why would the animations need to be scaled? Am I missing something because I thought scaling the model would be enough? And I will have to search for that model. Thanks for pointing me somewhere. Hopefully I find it or at least how its done.

Ok perhaps I did not search well, but I am stuck. I want to change the size of an enemy. IE I want to make the spider model scale smaller to allow a pair of spiders.
