some sort of bug? or perhaps the speed boost isn't connected with thunderstruck (which is halving attack speed). Could be a completely different code that gives the movement speed buff

The attack speed code I wouldn't use, thank you though.

Seems odd theres no way to give a character the thunderstruck speed/trait.
