three step x and south from x x. Anyone know what it means? My guess is it's related to that 1 spot that clicks and under the light that turns on and off. Am I right?

Heavy Weapons lvl 5 skill?
So my skill in heavy weapons is 5 now, but I don't see a point in it. I was hoping it would let me duel wield heavy weapons but it doesn't. Do I have to have 3 or 5 points in light weapons as well to do so?
