I like the flavor of these monsters, but if they are incorporeal then the party should be able to move through them.
Dungeon Master 2 had similar enemies, the Lighting Vortices, near the first clan piece. They couldn't be damaged with normal stuff but you could move right through them.

Please make this change, but also change the Meteor Shield in the same way. There's no reason for these set bonuses to only be available to shield users.petri wrote:A) Remove shield from crystal armor set. Crystal shield would still exist, but it would not be needed to complete the armor set.

Despite some obvious trolling in this thread, the point remains that this change is a step backwards for character builds. Making shields required for the set bonus only limits options. It means that dual wielding and weapon+staff are less effective. There's no reason for this. It just makes heavy w...
