Your rogue is obviously in the back row and has not learned how to "Reach Attack" with melee weapons from there. You can either - move your rogue to the front so he can attack with his dagger or - teach him Reach Attack from the Assassination skill tree which costs 12 skill points Oooh ok...

Ok, i've a very stupid problem. I have an Human Rogue LV.4 with 6 points on DAGGER ability, and I have equipped the first dagger in the game, +5 accuracy +7 attack power and I have this problem: Everytime i try to attack an enemy, it miss the shot, showing me the "can't reach" message. So....
