Well I fixed it, I am embarrassed to say that my nvidia drivers were not updating automatically like they should of been.
A new driver fixed the issue.

The first game menu displays in what looks like stereo 3d, red / blue images of the same things slightly apart. It looks horrid. I have tried changing all kinds of settings in the desktop video card driver / the game, to no effect. NO other game has ever done this to me, and I play a crap ton of gam...
