Some quick questions regarding balance:
What level is your party?
How is your food supply?
Any significantly difficult fights/areas that you had to use lots of supplies?
How is your stash of herbs/potions/etc?

Crud, no, I did. This is a scenario breaking bug. Unbelievable. The door to the West should NOT be closed. A floor trigger got triggered by a monster that was not supposed to be.
