Grimrock

i have the large cannon and cannon balls , all my ream have maxed firepower as required but everytime i try to use it i am told character cannot use the weapon , how do i fire it ?

hello to all who read this , i like fight/puzzle game play of both grimlock games , does anybody know of any other games that are similar to these.

I must be missing something really obvious but i cant make/cast a spell . Can somebody give me a step by step guide on what to do. thanks thom , 1 more favour , some forums say only just enough gems to complete the game , some forums say extra gems in game in case you miss some , do you know how many there are

i got stuck on part of grimrock 2 so i looked on legendofgrimrock2.com , is the map list in the order that you should visit places .
if this correct i have missed some locations out.
