Re: For those that beat the game. Let's get some basic stats
1) Accordingto the game 19 hours, and on Steam I have 40 hours. I made a lot of backtracking looking for secrets etc, and if I didnt find anything new I just reload a save. Same goes for puzzles, in some of them I got stuck and sit in front of them for a quite a bit, but when figured them out I relo...

Re: The Legend. Story of Grimrock.
My guess is that the cube is just a cell or cage to hold a god, demigod or another equally powerful entity instead of a sentient machine. Remember that it talks to you in dreams, maybe it also talked to the King in dreams to make him sent prisoners to Mount Grimrock in an attempt to free itself.

Re: I take my hat off to Almost Human's
Just finished the game and all I can say is I loved every bit of it. A lot of attention was put on every aspect of the game and it shows off. Loved averything about it, the puzzles, the combats, the atmosphere, the UI, the story and lore behind Grimrock... everything. I haven't enjoyed a game so muc...

Re: What Game Are You Playing While Waiting For LoG2
Im still playing my first run on LoG, and after that I will try another run on oldschool. While I wait either for a expansion or mod tools I think I will play Drakensang 2, the River of Time. I also want to replay Lands of Lore and some NWN modules or even NWN campaigns and get my hands on that Bald...

They are giving me a very hard time too. I just entered the temple and the first one you see in the 2x2 room is a fairly easy kill, but as soon as I move further into the corridors I spot 3 or 4 of them and sooner or later they corner me and slaughter my entire party.

Re: D&D 4th Ed Good or Bad?
I havent' played 4th yet, but I didn't like it much after a quick glance at the rules. Also, of my 4 players, 2 don't want to use 4th, and the other 2 dont care, so I will keep playing at least the current campaign with 3.5 and quintessential manuals. Oh, and I dont really feel like buying all the r...
