Problem with game

Hello, i just bought Grimrock 2, i was charged from my credit card via Paypal but i didnt get the key on my email. Is there a problem or what? Can anyone help me with this issue?

The email should have a humble bundle link. Did you not receive one?

I don't know if this works with purchases through the store (or just the bundles), but Humble have a "Key Resender" which should allow you to enter your email address and get your key email resent to you.

I go through the game a second time and suddenly I had a problem. Please look at the screenshot.

I'm in a pyramid on the first floor and stand in the center of my painted red squares...
I decided not to go into the room, so as not to be attacked from all sides. Instead, I threw a starting position the arrow on the pressure plate. I showed this as a blue stripe. Now I'm standing in front of a closed wall, behind which I hear the active movement of the enemy. But I can not get into the room now! Will not so that I'll never get into that room?

I threw an arrow on the board, because exactly the same technique used in the first part of the game, one of the first levels. There I had to go into a room with three levers and fight with the soldiers. Then lower all three levers. Then I could leave the room. And here is how?

Go in, step on the plate, then fight your way out.

The only way to open this stone wall again is by pressing the button you've prolly noticed inside the room and which seemed to have no effect with the wall open. With the wall closed and you outside there is no way to ever get in there again.
