Spore Mushroom

So when I run the spore mushroom it doesn't appear to do its spawning other monsters in thing and when attacked it causes the console to repeat unknown monster and then its action. How do I get this monster not to lose its damn mind xD

look at how its done in Isle of Nex. dungeon editor file that loads it
