custom music
Re: custom music
welp, i'm glad I got that part of my mod done...I've been doing nothing but listen to the same 6 custom audio tracks again and again for the last 5 hours lol
Re: custom music
good work here, seems you are learning :d
Re: custom music
yes, i'm learning...learning just how invested one can get in a project...getting pulled in deeper, because it's like...oh, i just figured out how to put custom boss music, so why stop there? why not make a custom music for EVERY boss in my mod, and then why stop there? why not make custom sounds...but why stop there? there's no reason i can't then define custom stats for every weapon and item I use, then custom monsters, custom tiles..
before I know it, I'll making a brand new game , from the ground up, and a week long project becomes a month long project becomes a year long project.
lol...no...I'm not gonna do that.

Re: custom music
y I know that feeling... thats how modding works. I am glad you now understand what is the difference between regular dungeon with and without scripts and how huge the difference could be. But at the end - playability is what depends, not the scripts. No reason to custom everything really.FeMaiden wrote:yes, i'm learning...learning just how invested one can get in a project...getting pulled in deeper, because it's like...oh, i just figured out how to put custom boss music, so why stop there? why not make a custom music for EVERY boss in my mod, and then why stop there? why not make custom sounds...but why stop there? there's no reason i can't then define custom stats for every weapon and item I use, then custom monsters, custom tiles..
