asking for help to animate tree-swaying

Post by THOM »

Once again I am asking for help concerning modeling.
(I promise: this is the last big construction site of my mod - after finishing this I am not far away from beta-testing... )

I have two palm-trees in my mod. I took them from sources found in another post on this forum.

Sadly, this trees are looking a bit dead because they are missing an animation. They need movement in the leafs as if the woud gently sway in the wind (like most of all trees are doing in LoG2).

My problem is, that I am absolutely overchallenged in doing this in blender. So I want to ask if someone could do this? The result would be available for the whole community of course.

I've packed a zip-file with all nessecary stuff of the 2 trees:

The animation is perfect - the tree itself is not.... :(

AFAIK, these are not something I helped with; it's all Skuggs'. I did think of them when I first saw this thread though.
