BUG: Light Armor (MAGE) Please Fix ASAP

Ok I've just got level 7 on my solo Mage on dungeon level 4, and it's finally tailored and got Light Armour Proficiency.

The BUG is that the proficiency only works on the Chest Slot, not other slots!!! The chest gets no detrimental stats for wearing light armour, when the other slots get the penalty as without the skill. The skill description clearly says 'armor/s' to wear light amour.

PLEASE FIX ASAP !!!

Well how would you feel being ripped. My solo Mage needs the gear. I don't want to have to wait too long for a patch.

I have tried putting the armour on and off and any slot that isn't the chest, gets penalty. I'm going to restart the game and see if a reboot will help see the character stats in a different light so to speak.

I just tested this and it works fine for me.

What armor piece are we talking about here?

Anybody else having this problem? If so, please post what armor piece is producing the problem. I can't seem to be able to repro the bug...
