Wishlist for the wishlist for next update.

I do not mean to be offensive or snarky, I just want them to know there are people who like the game the way it is. I'm sure you guys don't want to change it either, you made it this way because you guys love it too.

Almost Human, please ignore almost all of these requests. We all bought the game because it's the spiritual successor to Dungeon Master, and a lot of those suggestions would just ruin the experience.

Examples: Minimap, Pins on Automap, Storage Chest, Comparisons to other games like Elder Scrolls, Potion quickslots, quicksave/quickload (to spite them, you should make saving and loading take longer, and make floppy noises as it loads/saves)...etc

These are obviously people who havent played Dungeon Master before, because they want some sort of casual mode, which would defeat the purpose of a Dungeon Crawler. They're ridiculously hard because of the genre.

I agree with everything you said, except the word "ridiculously".

Dungeon crawlers can be hard, but I disagree with them being ridiculously so. I've played some damn hard games, but I don't think I'd rank any dungeon crawlers anywhere near the top ten. I love the genre to death, and while difficult at times, I'd say ridiculous difficulty fits in more with roguelikes and bullet-hell shooters.

Chaos Strikes Back is still one of the only games I've ragequit out of frustration. I 100%ed Super Meat Boy, Dark Souls, AND Demon's Souls. Chaos Strikes Back is just unfair. Sure, most of them arent RIDICULOUSLY difficult, but these people seem to think grimrock needs to be modernized for some reason.

It's because people generally suck at games.

Too much cawadooty and Madden I guess.

Pretty much agree with OP. Game doesn't really need most of that stuff.

Only thing it does need is a method for keybinding attacks and custom keyboard config for non-attack functions. Then it would be near perfect for the price.
