This bug occurs when I play LoG and skype is running in background and when a notification about skype user login is "displayed" (still in the background, not visible). When in click in the area where the notification is supposed to be (lower right corner of the screen) - e.g. i click on the Mage's hand icon, skype takes priority, LoG is minimalized and an user chat screen is displayed.
I mean, the skype is active (clickable) even if the notification screen is not displayed.

Not so sure this is a bug with LoG - as opposed to a Skype annoyance.
LoG is not the only game that Skype does this to, and the easiest solution is to disable notifications.
Tools > Options > Notifications > Notification Settings > Disable stuff
I agree its annoying as hell, and I've had to press esc; alt-tab out to close the popup window, as once you hover over it, it won't go.
But again, it's not LoG's fault that Skype is intrusive as hell.
