A good FPS limiter. Works with every game.
Download MSI afterburner BETA there is a framerate limit option on the on screen display screen. Go into setup and its in the general tab. You can pick whatever framerate limit you like, it works with every game, and for those who don't like using vsync its a good option.

yeh kinda raised the question my self here

and vsync is not the same as fps limiter, vsync didn't change anything for me
