Texture Fuzzy

Hi,

I have everything on high (texture, etc.) My resolution is 1600x900. With my mobile ATI 5650 card (1gb Ram) every button, etc, is fuzzy. Text is clear bur everything else looks like very low res) When I switch to the Intel HD video card, boom, everything is crystal clear but very slow because the card is no good...
Does anyone know what the problem is???

I answered my own question.

In the display settings, I had something that was overriding the application settings. It wasn't causing any problems in other games but this one yes..
