Snail icon on player icon?

Has anyone else noticed snail icons appearing on player icons in the bottom right? What exactly is it?

It means that you are encumbered. You can still move but at much slower rate.

You're carrying too much stuff, you hoarder :lol:

Remove 'em, and then you can move normally again.
