Lurker Vest, Plate Armor.

Im missing pieces of both sets.
Im in level 9 and i have:
Lurker:
Vest, Pants, Boots
Plate:
Armor, Gauntlets (x2), Boots, (and Helm if the "Plate" helm is "Full Helmet")

I've been curious if i missed out on some pieces (from level 1 to 9) or if i find them further down.
If i've missed them... in what levels are they found?

JUST found the lurker hood
