[bug] small item dropping/picking up bug

Small bug with item dropping/picking up I found, doesn't happen with every item type, I first found it with the Dismantler but it is easy to reproduce also with a spear, they are easy to find atleast.

When facing a corner like here and dropping the item in the lower left corner, the item is placed so that it can't be picked up from this square again. It is visible but apparently the "pickup" point of the item is too far. It can't even be picked up if you turn left here, it is still too far.
