Dismantler area on Level 8

Dismantler area on Level 8

Have done all of Level 8 on the lightning conduit. But cannot figure out how to get in the area near the beginning, the one with all the lightning faces. .The Dismantler I believe. It has 2 gates, one east, and one north. Cannot figure out how to open either one.

You don't access it from that level. On that level you should find a note, which is a guide to a secret access, which lead you to that area behind those gates.
