Things went really smoothly on previous levels, and on level 9 until I encountered the Ice Lizards. My ice mage is useless here, though; and the lizards just keep on coming. If I run off to rest, then they respawn; and I'm back where I started. If I don't rest, though, then I die after 4 or 5 lizards. Am I missing a trick here?

Kite them back to the door that lead you to ice lizards area and use the door tactic. There are lots of them, so be careful
