Stand alone copy

Post by Almageddon »

I never ever pre-order its against my principles, but this game has got me all teary eyed for the days gone past! I'm hoping this game is everything I'm building it up to be, pre-orders can a 'Pig in a Poke' as we once used to say around my parts! so I'm a little nervous ;) The strange thing that swung it for me though was the soundtrack, I have this thing on repeat and on my phone! Fantastic little tune :D

My question is with the order I just placed I only got the Steam key, will I still be able to download the standalone version for keepsakes when this is released and how will we be able to do this?

Very very excited for the 11th right now!

If you preorder from this site, yes, you will get both the Steam key (with all the achievements) and a standalone version that you can burn onto a DVD and securely store in a Swiss bank's vault. ;)

You will get a link to the stand-alone installer once the game is released.

To be precise, the standalone installer will be found on the 11th from the same link you already got after pre-ordering. :)

You wouldn't happen to be able to tell us when that link will go live yet would you?

My boss needs to know what days I won't be coming to work. :D
