Check the floor more carefully

Happened to have occasion to replay some old stuff.

I found several items I had previously missed because they blended in nicely with the floor, such as a sling long before I had found other missile weapons.

There's a sling in this game? I guess either I missed it or just dropped it early on and forgot it existed.

I have replayed the first few levels several times for experimenting, and I only found it the most recent time.
