VSync setting not saving

VSync setting not saving

Ever since the patch it seems that my VSync settings always revert to Off. I have to go into the Options screen every time I start up and set them to Triple Buffering On. I am also running Dxtory to limit FPS to 60 but not sure if that would affect anything or not. Does anyone else see this issue?
