[SPOILERS] What would be your perfect ending?

Hey Guys,

What for you, would have been a perfect ending to LoG?

This isn't so much about the current ending, but what would for you personally have been the absolutely perfectly awesome end to LoG?

I expected to find Toorum's ghost somewhere in the dungeon (I actually thought his ghost was the voice in the dreams), then find a crystal, contain his ghost in it and escape.

So in your vision Curunir would you have had any sort of boss?

A choice!

Escape Grimrock by setting the ancient evil that was imprisoned by Goromorgs loose upon the world...

or..

Sacrifice yourself for the greater good and keep the ancient evil imprisoned.

Better yet.. it could be an individual decision for all 4 party members and they would then duke it out between themselves..somehow. Roleplaying! Morally ambiguous choices!

And then in LoG 2 there would be demons and other minions of hell pouring out from the bowels of Mr. Grimrock. The player would have to unearth ancient artifacts from 4 different dungeons in different corners of the world to seal the mountain again. (Unfortunately for those who chose the heroic ending in LoG 1, another party was thrown down after them who chose to escape )

My perfect ending:

A 25-year-old babe with an earth-shattering rack, long black hair, an ass like Sandra Valencia, endless legs and just a loincloth running toward us, screaming 'I've been soooooo lonely. Take me now'.

And the 4 heroes go like : 'WTF are you talking about, bitch??? We're here for the treasure!!!'

No, seriously, can't tell yet. Just hit level 12. Will come back to this post, though

So in your vision Curunir would you have had any sort of boss?

I didn't really expect a boss or at least couldn't imagine what the boss would be like. Maybe a really overpowered mage/lich thing, I dunno.

a) current ending would be a lot better if there was music during end screens.
b) the end monster should be something more clasicall like cthulhu like monster, ancient sorcerer, a deamon etc. And it should be plain and simply immortal. The last 2 levels should be about releasing him, making him open a portal, than tricking him back into prison and escaping through the portal. I don't know how it would should be executed in practise, but devs have proven they are extremaly smart dungeon designers.

c) sticking to the cube. I think it should be showed more clerly, that whatever lived in the cube is now roaming free. Or be told more clerly what the cube really is.

The ghost of a herder would show up and tell us we have three choices:
Kill ourselves to take control of all the Cubes, with the risk we lose control.
Destroy all the Cubes, but also all the Insectoids
Turn every living organism, and also hats, into clockwork organic hybrids thus making peace for some reason.

In all endings, every pressure plate in the world is destroyed.

Nice options! will the wave of destruction be a different colour based on your choice?
