Puzzle Slider

Level 5, Chamber of Pits, has stopped me. I've noticed in another thread the suggestion of a "puzzle slider" to slow down the speed of the pit doors. I would welcome such a thing. Does anyone here know if a "puzzle slider" is actually being contemplated as a mod? That would be nice, since right now the Chamber of Pits is a game stopper.
