Level 3 puzzle help

Im on level 3 (pillar of light) and im at the part of the dungeon where there are two blue teleport feilds rotating around a hole in the floor. I cant seem to pass it, wen i put something on the pressure plate it get teleported away. can someone link me to a video or tell me ho to get passed this please?

hint: can you see any other pressure plates in that area?
