Hey guys!
I hope this question has not already being answer on the forum, do we'll need to download files and extract it in a directory? Or immediatly available on steam?

Since LoG is not a Steam exclusive game, don't count on Steam being the methods to release mods.
It probably comes down to downloading files (a single file per dungeon/mod) and saving them in your documents\Almost Human\Legend of Grimrock\Dungeons folder (or something along the likes), and then when you start a new game, you can pick which dungeon you wish to play.
