Tried it myself. These are completety done by myself, no third party involved (well, except for the background).

First one is a heavily modified photo, myself as a viking merchant.
Second and third one are handpainted, two different clips of a sinister monk.
Forth is a bad joke if you need that extra crazy army clown in your party, slightly modified photo.
Fifth is a glum female bard, heavily modified photo.
Sixth is a cartoonish female gambler type.
