I spent twenty years a game like Grimrock and the resulting one is far better than expected. The game is awesome and I enjoy resolve each puzzle and beating each monster and being there, lost in a dungeon feels like home!
Congratulations from Argentina,
Guillermo.
Twenty years!

Re: Twenty years!
Regarding tile-based , 1st person , real-time CRPG:s ; I played Dungeon Master when it was first released in 1987. 30+ similar games later , (including expansion packs) , the last one I played was " Yendorian tales 3 " in 1997. From there on it was only "free movement" CRPG:s. Until last week. I never realized how much I'd missed them until i ventured in to "Legend of Grimrock". The puzzles , the mapping , the fights. With todays graphics , AI , sounds and game-engine. I havent finished the game yet , but so far i'll put it in the absolut top-shelf of the genre. Along with DM , EOTB , Black Crypt and World of Xeen. Like the other top-games it has its own style and feeling , so it feels fresh , and thats not just the nostalgia affecting my judgement. I really do hope that this game is the first in a re-boot of this type of games. I do NOT loathe the likes of "skyrim" or online games like "w-o-w". They are brilliant in their own way. I'm just saying that we can have this old-school genre too. There can never be too many CRPG:s in my opinion. Gear up,arm yourselves and watch your back.
