Also, how much harder is normal over easy? Ditto for hard over normal? What exactly are differences between them? Puzzles? Monster strength? Food and torch availability? Please let me know thanks.
Great game!! Question about difficulty settings
Great game!! Question about difficulty settings
Hi. Just started my first playthrough of LoG. Great game! Would like to know if I can change my difficulty on this playthrough, or do I have to restart a new game in order to do it? I started out on Easy, and I'm on Dungeon Level 2. Game is a bit on the easy side but I guess it's my fault for being too scared to play on anything higher

Hi there,
Restart is the way to go. Since you are in dungeon level 2 this should not be too much of a burden.
All the best!

Af you're a versed gamer, normal shouldn't prove too high a challenge. I believe it's just the monster strength which is boosted on higher difficulties, while puzzles remain the same.
And as mentioned above you can quickly replay your steps to level 2 again.

Thanks guys. Restarted on normal and I'm back to where I left off. Small problem though....I forgot where I picked up the compass on my first run

I think it's in the southwest-most room in level 2.
