GoldLust is a multi-level dungeon with many puzzles and many secret areas.

well, that's sorta like what he's talking about NOT being very well balanced or fun to deal with, and I would have to agree personally, though I'm sure some players out there will have fun with that level.
I agree with Komag. I think that to make a good dungeon is kind of art. Many dungeons on steam i tried to played even now look like someone was trying to repair watch with hammer or to make a statue with jackhammer :-) I started one and in the beginning i was in a "three square" corridor and i had to press a secret button to open door and behind that door i had to press another button to be teleported somewhere else. OMG why in the very beginning? Secrets should be rare maybe after killing some monsters. Teleports should come after a while not in the beginning. I mean i miss kind of sensitivity of the creator. I was surprised by that cause it was top rated dungeon with hundreds of subscribers...

You can't please everyone but at least some comments would help fix/balance things.
Well i agree. I miss a feedback from players on steam comments. There are for example 400 subscribers with 20 comments. Thats not a lot. When i heard from almost human about the editor for the first time i thought it would be great that there would be some rating pages where you could see all dungeons made by players with some ranking system. Well this is on steam right now that each dungeon has "stars" which show how favorite it is. But it doesnt work how i thought, cause when i play the top rated dungeons i dont like them at all :-))))

Also, try some on the Nexus.
Sever The Wicked is pretty neat.
EOB Waterdeep is a great throwback.
And there are a couple more good ones.
I have one on there called Low Levels that is just that. It's made for a new party.
The FORCE is with me!!!

I hope to put up a play test of my dungeon soon. The goal will be to recover the lost holy golden crown at the end of Floor 9 the spiral of flaming death.

Be sure to check for secrets at all times. And my dungeon is now more than 70 floors. It is awesome with lots of weapons and armor. Lots of trick and puzzles that you must find to continue.

Lots of cool monsters too.

You must be on form at all times. muahahahhahahahah.

looks like you have hit a limit, might be good to know more details:
how many levels is your dungeon so far?
how much RAM do you have?

3 gig ram. I will be getting more ram soon. The problem is with the textures. That is where the size problem is. I removed all but the first 10 floors and that did not solve the problem. Texture file is 510 meg. Sound file is 396meg and script file is 995 meg.

I will get more ram. I will have a total of 8 gig if nescessary and I will get a new video card with 1 gig video memory.
