I bought LOG But not on steam, I would like installed LOG on steam for to play has beta dungeon editor.

If you got it from the Grimrock site, through Humble Bundle, check the email that was sent and you should find a link to the page with info about getting a Steam key for it.
If you got it from Good Old Games, you'll need to do what I did, which is buy it again from the Grimrock site! (the theory is that the dev's get more of the money if you buy "direct" than just through Steam, but I'm not sure of that) Then get your steam key and you're in business!
Otherwise you'll just have to wait till the editor is out of beta and released publically
