Wallset without ceiling.

Hi All,

I've read many post showing wallset WIP that have no ceil.
But, I didn't find nor understand how I can create a wallset without ceil.
Can someone help me ?

They all have a ceiling - just very very tall placed and with illusionary patterns (like, say, all-black or stars) which make it appear as if there were no ceiling.
