rendering (WIN 7)

Post by cupajaffer »

i am running windows 7, and im using steam to connect to LOG, but i whenever i try to make a new game, the only thing that renders are the torches and a weird misty thing in the corner that you can only see from certain angles. is there something wrong with my graphics card, or is it the game?

It seems like a driver issue to me. We need more info. LoG version. Graphic card brand. Driver version...

If you have an ATI Radeon graphics card, make sure that you don't have force antialiasing enabled.

LoG = Legend of Grimrock.

Try the ATI settings first, then try giving the other info it that's not it

It seems you got an AMD A10-4600M. This notebook has both a CPU build-in GPU (that's why AMD names those chips APU) plus an additional Radeon HD 7660G. Make sure LoG runs on the Radeon HD, not on the APU. How GPU's (APU or Radeon HD) are selected for usage i don't know (prolly autoselected) but there should be an option to manually specify the GPU to use.
