Silent Teleport?

Is it possible to make a silent teleport? I mean visible, but without buzzing, like it was in DM.

I can't remember exactly if just setting the teleporter to silent does that. If not, you can fake it by having an invisible teleporter and add teleporter particle effect and light

Komag is correct, you can select invisible to make it silent. Or if that undermines your objective, you could start it de-activated, and have something trigger it to come on at the appropriate time.

My goal is to activate teleport behind party for a short period of the time when i steps on the plate, but i dont want to hear it, only see it. Problem is, when i set the teleport to become visible for a sec., it always emits the sound too. So the silent or deactivated method dont work. Solution might be to play the effect only, like you said, separate from teleport, but i dont know how to display it on determined position.

I asked for this as an option awhile back, but when asked why I wanted it, I couldn't figure out why I wanted it.

One workaround could be to us an fx with the teleporter particle system and a light on top of an invisible silent teleporter.
