Developer map? I've lost my throwing stars!

I've lost my throwing stars in level 9. I've looked everywhere for them but can't find them anywhere!
I heard there is a developer map which lists all item locations.
I've managed to enable the console but can't work out how to enable the developer map.
When I enter

config["developer"]=true

I get an error of

.

Could someone either:
* Tell me how to enable the dev map.
* Open my savegame in their working dev install and tell me where my stars are using their map.
* Be a hero and find my stars!

I don't want to roll back to an earlier save because I've spent over an hour battling the respawners in level 9 to get through, and then another hour battling them while I was looking for the stars!
