Anyone else already thinking of recreating...
all of our older favorite dungeon crawlers? Sure, all the modding and level making may be far off, but it is still cool to think about how far it will go (plus it seems like there isn't anything better to do right now.) I am determined to do the first EOB as it played a huge roll in my childhood as I am sure it did for some of you others. Also, I would of put this in the modding board.....if I could :p
Re: Anyone else already thinking of recreating...
Does sound cool, must admit I'm looking forward to brand new dungeons more though.

Indeed, and who knows where the game could go if the editor includes scripting tools. We could see creative minds make NPCs, and create a series of dungeons linked by an overworld, with an actual plot. Tantalizing, is it not?

sounds good to me, but I'm not a modder, but heck if the modding tools are good, it would be cool to see some of the classic games back
edit
not sure about EOB, no multi classing and only 4 char limit, the EOB series supported 6, so might be a bit off, lands of lore 1 would possibly be a good one to do, as would DM as well

I was thinking too “What if they can make an overworld“ MM 4-5 come to mind. Man, I love modding communities and games that allow them!Dalton wrote:Indeed, and who knows where the game could go if the editor includes scripting tools.
