Steam game have been released but can't be downloaded!

Now what? Steam says that the game is available at the store but the my game list still states it as not. It says Pre-Order next to the name. This must be a mistake since the game now can be purchased on steam and clearly says that its available now.

It's a known problem. Hope they get it fixed soon.
