A section of the mod is a labyrinth that teleports you all over the place when you take a wrong turn. Now he has a virtual map in there on a note some previous adventurer wrote to guide you through.
I think it would be really cool to have writable walls or floors for just this purpose. They could be written on by rocks like prisoners are so often depicted as doing or perhaps by paint or chalk or ink if the adventurers have any of those tools.
The idea is relatively simple (though the implementation might be a bit complex; I imagine it would require an invisible wall-mounted item with an on use slot): use one of those utensils on a normal wall, receive a prompt for what you would like to write on it, enter some text, and a wall text is generated on that wall. This could also trigger an event in case it's bad to write on some walls (in case the dungeon is living) or in case writing the right phrase on the right wall causes a door to open. This could lead to some pretty cool mechanics.
Would anyone be interested in trying to do something like this?
